It has become an all too frequent tragedy repeated throughout American that buildings, once considered essential to a city or town, are allowed to deteriorated over time often resulting in their unfortunate destruction.

Formed in 2021, the goal of the American Historical Building Preservation Company is to breath new life into these landmarks!

We assist by connecting building owners with interested investors. While the investor's intended use of a building may vary from its historic use, we pledge the purchase, renovation, and use will comply with all laws. The end goal it to retain the integrity of the building and thus strengthen the appearance and neighborhood where these buildings stand proud.
